Duties

Position encompasses administrative, clerical and specialized support functions. The main responsibilities of the incumbent are manage the Global Maintenance Management System (GMMS), FAC Sub-cashier and reconciliation, BPA account manager, and Time & Attendance card submission. Personally handles a broad range of administrative functions that enhance the productivity of the Facility Management Section (FAC) and the Mission as a whole. Administrative duties include answering phones, taking messages for the FAC staff, sending and receiving faxes and managing the schedules for the Facility Manager (FM). Responds to routine inquiries by telephone, email and screens incoming correspondence for the section. Manage the receipt and distribution of customer and inspection generated work requests. Directly supervised by the FM

Qualifications and Evaluations


A minimum of two years progressively responsible experience as an office manager or administrative assistant


: Skills and Abilities


Must have an excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite


Must have excellent oral and written communication skills


Must have a valid class B driving license


:Languages


Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing in English is required


Level IV (Fluency) speaking/reading/writing in one of the local languages Arabic or Hebrew


Level II (limitted) speaking/reading/writing in the other local language Arabic or Hebrew are required. (This will be tested.)


Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Applicants must meet all position requirements, including experience, education, language, and skills
