Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling operational requests from other technical and business teams.
- Providing support for business teams.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Responsible for bill issuing and dunning operations.
- Performing system health checks and reconciliation operations.
- Handling business support systems event, incident, and problem management with different support and operations teams.
- Ensuring that business support systems are up and operational 24/7.
- Other tasks might be required.
Work Experience & Qualifications::
- University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
- Knowledge in UNIX / Redhat Administration and Shell scripting.
- ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
