Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling operational requests from other technical and business teams.
• Providing support for business teams.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Responsible for bill issuing and dunning operations.
• Performing system health checks and reconciliation operations.
• Handling business support systems event, incident, and problem management with different support and operations teams.
• Ensuring that business support systems are up and operational 24/7.
• Other tasks might be required.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

• University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Knowledge in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
• Knowledge in UNIX / Redhat Administration and Shell scripting.
• ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
