Marketing Officer

Job purpose
As the Marketing Officer, you will be a key architect of Ritaj’s continued success story. We are seeking a strategic and creative leader who is grounded in the market to build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and fuel our growth in the competitive training, language services, event management, and business consulting landscapes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy.
• Create sales leads by targeting new and existing individuals and institutional clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Enhance the company’s online presence through effective content marketing plans.
• Collect customers’ needs and industry intelligence, especially with HR professionals in the market.
• Manage all customer-facing marketing collateral in English and in Arabic, such as website, social media platforms, printed materials, etc.
• Report as per Ritaj’s policy.
• Comply with Ritaj standard operating procedures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct any other relevant tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on service marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
• Knowledge of Palestine’s media landscape.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive strategic marketing decisions.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in the training industry is preferable, but not required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills, and attention to detail required.
• Full fluency in English and Arabic required, including writing and speaking.
• High comfort and tolerance to manage stress and role demands.
• A multitasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, confidentiality, and dedication to the mission of Ritaj.

NOTE: All candidates must currently reside in the Ramallah/Al-Bireh Governorate.

Working conditions
This position may require occasional evening and weekend work, light travel, and working with challenging clients.
