Receptionist
Role Summary:
Provide secretarial and Administrative support to WM several departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming calls, Messages and mails.
- Handle inquiries from the public.
- Redirect calls as needed and distribute mails.
- Assist in the planning and preparing for meetings and conferences, coordinate the reservation of meeting rooms for the same purposes.
- Greet and assist WM visitors
Work Experience&Qualifications::
- Diploma in secretariat, business or any related fields.
- Effective verbal listening and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in computer programs and MS office package.
- Good Knowledge in Office administration.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to handle actions under pressure.
