BA/LGHR is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Executive for a leading company in the Tourism & Hospitality industry located in Palestinian Territory.

Summary Scope of Work: We're looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with Management Skills, who actively seeks new customers, channels, and partners. We are looking for a candidate who is convincing, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to achieve the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is expected to have a deep industry knowledge and understanding of the local, regional and international trends.

Reporting to: CEO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by preparing and analyzing annual budget plans.

• Supervising the Marketing and Sales Department staff, and ensuring that the team achieves the goals.

• Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.

• Gathering and investigating local and regional market data and trends to draft reports.

• Implementing new Sales Plans and Marketing Campaigns.

• Generating new ideas for channel and end customer incentives and accommodation or business packages and other sales and marketing duties.

• Maintaining relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs, and anticipating new market opportunities.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

• Extensive knowledge in Hospitality and Tourism Industry.

• Advanced understanding and knowledge of sales and Marketing Principles.

• Ability to forecast sales and set sales targets.

Total Years of Experience: 

● 5 - 7 years of experience in managerial responsibilities, and minimum 7 years of experience in Hospitality and Tourism Industry. 

Education & Certificates Required: 

• BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• MBA is highly desirable.

Languages Required: 

• Proficient English Language.

• Other languages will be a great advantage.
