Job Requirements
The candidate shall fulfill the following requirements
- BSc or Master’s degree in Emergency Management, Engineering, Institutional development, or business process re-engineering or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
- Should have similar project implementation within his/her career from protocol review and change process prospective
- Minimum 5 years in developing and customizing, business process analysis and re-engineering for emergency response similar project/s
- Expertise in preparing and chairing function meetings and conferences with emergency response FR staff from stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with high-ranking government officials, to advise and interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Good knowledge in the emergency management systems.
- Basic knowledge in the IT and Telcom relevant to the project
- Onsite service Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic language is a plus
