:Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Sales Development Executive
V.Good in English speaking skills-
Track record of over-achieving quota-
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening-
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, like: (Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk-
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools-
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Company value via the phone-
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues-
:Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls-
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction-
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication-
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas-
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
Make approximately 80 calls a day in addition to sending customized, strategic emails to targeted prospects-
Plan and coordinate web based and onsite demos for your sales reps and prospects-
Convert prospects into interested customers by articulating WalaPlus value proposition-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WalaPlus competitive positioning in the marketplace-
Meet or exceed established objectives-
