جمعية خيرية شبابية تأسست بتاريخ 13مارس 2007 بترخيص رقم 7941 بغزة.

رؤيتنا :

الجمعية الشبابية الرائدة لخدمة الفتاة الفلسطينية.

رسالتنا :

جمعية فتيات الغد الفلسطينية تسعى إلى النهوض بالمستوى الفكري و الثقافي و الاجتماعي للفتاة والعمل على تنمية قدراتها لتساهم بفاعلية في بناء المجتمع .

الأهداف :

1. رفع مستوى الوعي الاجتماعي و الثقافي و القانوني لدى الفتاة الفلسطينية .

2. تأهيل كوادر شبابية متخصصة من الفتيات في شتى المجالات .

3. المساهمة في تأهيل الفئات الشبابية المهمشة و دمجهم في المجتمع .

4. تعزيز مبادئ المواطنة و الديمقراطية و حقوق الإنسان.

5. تفعيل دور الفتيات في المشاركة المجتمعية الإغاثية .

6. التعريف بقضايا الشباب و إبرازها أمام صناع القرار.

برامج الجمعية :

1. برنامج التدريب : هو برنامج يقدم كافة البرامج و الدورات التدريبية في شتى المجالات التي تعمل على إكساب الفتاة الفلسطينية المقدرة على خوض غمار الحياة المهنية بيسر و سهولة .

2. برنامج شعاع النور: هو برنامج يستهدف الفئات الشبابية المهمشة و يحاول دمجهم و إشراكهم في الحياة المجتمعية العامة .

3. الصالونات الشبابية المتخصصة : و يضم :

• صالون إعلاميات في الصدارة : يستهدف طالبات و خريجات كلية الصحافة و الإعلام بهدف إيجاد حاضنة تدريبية مميزة لهن .

• صالون Let's Talk : يستهدف طالبات و خريجات اللغة الانجليزية بهدف الارتقاء بمهاراتهن و قدراتهن و تمكينهن من التعبير عن قضاياهن .

4. برنامج دراسات الشباب و المرأة : و هو برنامج يهدف إلى تقديم رؤية علمية حول واقع الشباب و المرأة في المجتمع الفلسطيني من خلال دراسات ميدانية و استطلاعات رأي مختلفة و وضعها على طاولة صناع القرار .

Our Mission:

Ftyat Al ghad Association seeks to promote the intellectual , cultural and social level of the Palestinian girl and work to develop her capacity to contribute effectively in building the society

Our Objectives:

1. Raise social, cultural and legal level of awareness of the Palestinian girl.

2.Train youth specialized cadres from girls in various fields.

3. Contribute in rehabilitating the marginalized youth groups and merging them into society.

4. enhance the principles of citizenship, democracy and human rights.

5. Activate the role of girls in the relief community participation.

6. Identifying the youth of their issues and highlighting them in front of decision makers

Our Programs:

1. Training Program: is a program that offers a wide range of training courses and programs in various fields, which aims to give the Palestinian girl the ability to practise her professional life smoothly and easily.

2." Light Beam" Program : is a program aims to help marginalized youth groups and tries to merge them in community life.

3. Specialized youth Salons : it includes:

• " Women in the Media in the Foreground " Salon : it targets students and graduates of the press and media faculties in the Palestinian universities in order to develop their abilities and skills .

• " Let's Talk " Salon: it targets students and graduates of the English language in order to enhance their skills and abilities and enable them to express their concerns and issues .

4.Youth and Women Studies Program: is a program aims to provide a scientific vision of the reality of the youth and women in Palestinian society through field studies and various questionnaires and put the results on the table of decision-makers.
