Required Professional Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience of working in youth/children clubs/groups/summer camps.

A record of accomplishment in training/capacity building and facilitation of life skills or similar projects/activities.
Required Education,training, license,registration, and certification

A graduate degree in education, social sciences or any other relevant discipline and relevant certificates in capacity building and facilitation.

Candidates can be professional trainers/facilitators with at least a 6-month diploma and 3 years of proven experience in providing ToTs and facilitation.
