FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions and specialized in Software, network security for the local market for over the last 20 years.

FIS is looking for a Pre-Sales / Systems Engineer, who can join our team in Ramallah.

Responsibilities:

• Install, support, and maintain FIS solutions at the pre-sales PoC deployments.
• Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers.
• Handle Installation Projects.
• Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.

Requirements: 

• At least 3-year experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX).
• At least 2 years experiences in VMware installation projects. 
• Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
• Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
• Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
• B.S in computer engineering or related field.
