Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The incumbent of this role will be performing project management tasks including, but not limited to, Planning, coordinating all resources and communicating with all involved parties; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of projects, as well other department related assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects throughout the Project Lifecycle.
- Managing the company projects dashboard and providing regular reports and presentations to the management.
- Working closely with functions & support areas to ensure projects are delivered as per project constrains.
- Ensure project managers’ compliance to the company’s PM framework; ensures project/program management deliverables appropriately signed and entered into applicable repositories.
- Performing project audits as required.
- Develop and communicate project KPIs and evaluation.
- Developing a reporting mechanism to gather data from project stakeholders with verification.
- Leading projects progress review meetings with project owners and stakeholders and management if needed.
- Serves as subject matter expert, providing technical, analytical, and risk management guidance to the program and project teams
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Advanced-level experience with project management software.
- Strong financial and commercial knowledge, with experience in modelling.
- Experience in Telecom related project management is a plus
- Certified PMP© is a plus
