Records Office Clerk

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Records Office Clerk on a full-time basis for the first six months of employment, then the position will be reduced to part-time basis 60%. The position will be based in the main Hospital in Jerusalem.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/BA in Business Administration
  2. Computing skills (Databases/HMIS)
  3. Flexibility in doing late and morning shifts
  4. Essential Patient Scanning and Archiving skills knowledge/experience
  5. Excellent Prioritization/Record keeping skills.
  6. Excellent Customer care skills (Ability to deal with pressurised situations)
  7. Trustworthy and Discreet (Handling/dealing with classified patient information) 
  8. Arabic, English, and Hebrew languages are required. 
  9. Received COVID-19 vaccine.
