Tele-sales Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
• Oversee day-to-day operation, discovering areas of improvement.
• Ensure training and development apply are maintained for all team members.
• Lead and inspire a team of tele sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the tele sales agents to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture.
• Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
• Prepares and presents daily/weekly and monthly reports to top management.

• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.

• You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with direct Manager.
• Cooperation with MKT teams 

Experience & Qualifications:

• BA in business or any related filed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service field.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English).

• Ability to work under pressure.
