Tele-sales Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
- Oversee day-to-day operation, discovering areas of improvement.
- Ensure training and development apply are maintained for all team members.
- Lead and inspire a team of tele sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support the tele sales agents to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture.
- Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
- Prepares and presents daily/weekly and monthly reports to top management.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with direct Manager.
- Cooperation with MKT teams
Experience & Qualifications:
- BA in business or any related filed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service field.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Ability to work under pressure.
