Transcend support is an outsourcing company that deliver services for local and international partners and clients. 

Location: Bethlehem Industrial Zone- next to Degol pool   
Title : Technical Support and Customer Service Agent 
Contract type: Full time 
متطلبات الوظيفة
Required skills : 
 
-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
-Great analytical skills
-The ability to work within a team 
-Strong personality.
-Excellent English level (Reading / Writing / And speaking).
-Flexibility to work In different shifts.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office programs.
