In partnership with An-Najah National University, Kiitos Technologies and Radix Technologies are pleased to announce the Talent Acceleration Program, launching in February 2021

ELIGIBILITY

Program is open to fresh graduates in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering majors who are looking to start a career as professional web developers

OBJECTIVE

• Advance from a fresh IT graduate to a professional front-end or backend web developer in 3 months 

• Specialize in front-end technologies (React & Angular) or backend technologies (Python & Cloud)

OUTCOME

Depending on your performance, and upon successful completion of the program, you might be offered a full-time position at Kiitos Technologies or Radix Technologies

DELIVERY

• The program is designed to be fully online, however, depending on the conditions pertaining to COVID-19, it might be run within Kiitos and/or Radix offices in Nablus

• The program is a full-time commitment: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 3 months

CONTENT

During the program, you will:

1. Receive top-notch training by industry experts from Palestine and the Netherlands

2. Build work experience with real client projects with Kiitos and/or Radix teams

3. Develop skills in product management, and experience the Agile Scrum methodology

4. Receive soft skills training on topics such as leadership, cross-cultural awareness, presentation skills, and others

5. Receive career & life coaching by an expert coach

6. Receive English language training by a native English speaker

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• There is no upfront cost to participate in the program

• Participants will receive a stipend covering basic expenses

• Only upon employment, the participant will pay a small percentage of their salaries for a duration of time to support the training of future cohorts

2. Introductory video: We would like to know who you are and what you're passionate about! 

   1. Record it in English

   2. Should be between 2 - 3 minutes long 

   3. Explain (1) who you are, (2) your motivation for joining the program (3) your goals after finishing the program, and (4) what other business skills are you proud of (besides software development)?

   4. Upload your video on YouTube (as a private/unlisted video)
