1- Systems Engineer

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Systems Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Maintain and Enhance the Network Architecture and infrastructure of Bisan System’s internal and external.
• Manage different VLAN equipment.
• Monitor all system components.
• Maintain all devices including upgrades and batches.
• Troubleshoot performance issues.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems.
• CCNA certified engineer.
• Good knowledge of AWS cloud administration.
• Good knowledge of PROXMOX virtualization architecture.
• Good experience in managing Cisco devices (switches, WifI Controllers and APs).
• Minimum two years experience.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Above-average command of the English language.

2- Implementation and Training Professional

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for an Implementation and Training Professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement Bisan ERP for new customers through applying their internal workflow, processes, and procedures.
• Train all involved users on the features and capabilities of the ERP and the purchased modules.
• Implement new modules purchased by existing customers, and provide full training on functionality.
• Take customer and support requests by phone, email, task, and detailed follow-up. 
• Participate in the analysis of new modules and/or features.
• Run manual testing for new features, modules, unusual cases, and resolved bugs. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Holding Jerusalem ID.
• Above-average command of the Hebrew language.
• Be willing to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong communication skills.

3- Back-End Software Engineer

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Back-End Software Engineer.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops application extensions and new modules and applications.
• Tests and implements application modules from multiple systems that he/she and/or the team has developed or modified.
• Participates in project planning sessions to analyze, develop requirements, and make recommendations for moderate to complex systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum one year of experience. 
• Knowledge in object-oriented design and object-oriented programming.
• Java Certified Developer.
• Experience using SQL database programming.
• Knowledge of financial applications is a plus.
• Knowledge in Windows and UNIX environments.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
• Good command of the English language.
