Debts Recovery Agent

Role Summery Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gathering information related to delinquent customers and negotiate them to pay the debts.
• Daily following up with delinquent customers to collect the outstanding debts.
•  Filed visits to the delinquent customers to collect the debts.
• Evaluating customer ability & willingness to pay and  take the proper decision based on customer status.
• Transfer the legal cases to the lawyers to start legal action and follow up the status of legal courts.
• Preparing requested reports.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BA degree in Law or Business and any other related fields.
• High energy, motivated.
• Strong communication and organizational skills along with strong phone skills.
• Able to identify and understand the needs and priorities of Subscribers.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong attention to details.
• valid driving license.
• Preferably a lawyer.
