Financial Analysis and Performance Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and reviewing investment and offering business cases and feasibility analysis.
- Monitoring metrics and benchmarks and report recommendations to continuously improve performance.
- Analyzing complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
- Supporting in the development of management, narrative, and statistical reports for business reporting and planning purposes.
- Developing moderately complex financial models for forecasting, trends, and results analysis.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Experience & Education:
- 5 years related experience required in financial or business role in a for profit business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent in a related field.
- CFA and / or CMA is a plus.
- Title & Grade are according to qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of all Finance areas.
- Ability to build strong relationship with other departments i.e.(Commercial & Technical)
- Excellent time management, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
- coaching, counselling, and supervisory skills
- Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, statistical packages, and graphics, reporting software skills at a senior level.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
