In this role, you will lead the initiative to move our development into a framework for highly automated testing across all our products. Our goal is to move from a highly manual QA process to fully automated, and you’ll bring insight and strategy to help us accomplish this goal efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll do

1. Design, develop, and support an automation framework utilizing new or existing tools to maximize the efficiency of QA resources, and improve Quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
2. Effectively collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure our QA team can deliver high quality platforms to our clients
Mentor talented Software Quality Analysts and Engineers working in an effective and efficient test automation process that serves all parts
3. Drive continuous improvement of QA standards, tools, and processes in the department to improve Quality of the platform, and customer and patient satisfaction
Participate in the refinement of requirements and the test automation design of technology solutions
4. Ensure successful deployment through automated regression tests

You should have

Required: +4 years of experience within a highly automated QA environment
Required: 2 years of experience creating and maintaining Automation frameworks
Required: bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Experience implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools, principles and best practices
Experience in successfully managing projects
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
Ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all work tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
