Isra software and computer (Main office (Nablus)) is seeking for software technical support engineer (helpdesk) that will get Isra applications’ customers troubleshooting calls over the caller center and resolve incidents.

Job applications are accepted under the following conditions:

-        Bsc degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Engineering.

-        Professional in software installation, configuration, and using applications in professional manner.

-        Professional in software troubleshooting and error diagnoses.

-        Have good experience in working with Databases and DB engines.

-        Ability to work on Servers, Networks, PCs, Printers, …

-        Have good experience in windows installation, repairing, troubleshooting, and using windows.

-        Have excellent analytical logical thinking and problem solving skills.

-        Can hold work pressure.

-        Have excellent communication skills and kindly deal with customers.

-        Good team player.

-        1 year of experience is a plus.

Work area: Nablus.
