تعلن جمعية الهلال الاحمر الفلسطيني عن حاجتها لتعيين مبرمج تطبيقات في مقرها العام في رام الله – شارع القدس وعلى ان تنطبق على المتقدم المتطلبات الوظيفية المذكورة ادناه , علما ان الموعد الاخير لاستقبال الطلبات هو نهاية دوام يوم الخميس 17 - 6 - 2021 . تستقبل الطلبات فقط من خلال البريد الالكتروني jobs@palestinercs.org . يمكن الاطلاع على تفاصيل الوظيفه ادناه

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build reusable clean and structured code, which can be shared, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
- Keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies
- Deliver code which is well tested and consistently error free and written in a secure and performance manner
- To keep aware of latest data protection and security threats and ensure to mitigate against these risks.
- To ensure the technical strategy is implemented and standards are maintained across all solutions - Identify requirements from documents and meetings with end users. - Develop Front End interfaces and Back End architecture to handle data sent from the front end, running queries against a SQL database and returning that data to the front end. - Development of SQL databases, table structures, views and stored procedures to be called from PHP. - Understand & Translating business requirements into system design. - Development & Maintenance of internal Applications.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in SW engineering, computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience for 2 to 3 years in Coding and experience with several languages and frameworks: Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
- Good Understanding and experience in front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Good database programming knowledge and experience (MySQL,MSSQL)
- Experience working within the full development life cycle (SDLC) from initial scoping, creating functional and technical spec, designing, coding, and testing to delivering and supporting.
