Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
- Responding in a timely manner to end users service issues and requests.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software user problems.
- Replace faulty parts as required.
- provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to call.
- Priorities and manage several open cases at one time
- Test and evaluate end-user new technologies, new tools, and peripherals.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in computer systems engineering, computer science or related field.
- Proven experience for 2 to 3 years in similar positions.
- Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, PC/laptops/printers support.
- Good knowledge and experience in users technical support cases and issues.
- Good knowledge and experience in servers operating systems, Virtualization Platforms, Clustering & High availability concepts and solutions
