Accounting/HR Specialist
IT Company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Accounting/HR Specialist) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following :
Requirements:

+3 years proven experience in implementing human resources programs.

Prior accounting experience, performing accounts payable, payroll and general ledger duties. Plus, a working knowledge of automated accounting systems

Conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated;

Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks;
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
-
Interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company;
-
Experience in the IT industry a plus
-
Basic English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking; B Level is a plus
Responsibilities & Duties:
Accounting:
-
Processes all accounts payable transactions including vender bills and credit card charges, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification;

Performs accounts receivable duties by accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions;

Works with the company manager to prepare daily and weekly management reports.

Prepares financial reports for management as needed;

Processes payroll on a weekly basis. This includes maintaining employee records, garnishments and withholdings. Processing vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) requests, calculation of hours and administering all garnishments and withholdings.
Human Resources:

Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems;

Benefits administration, conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages. Responsible for employee verification, unemployment and disability claims.

Ensures compliance with corporate policy, fair employment practices and government regulations;
-
Manages employee documentation such as Employee Handbook and disciplinary communications;
-
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
-
Assists in identifying staff vacancies and recruits, interviews and select applicants.
