Customer Support Engineer – Core Rawabi, Hebron

DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will provide the highest-level of technical support to help resolve complex customer problems, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

  • Serve as a Customer support engineer who will master the company unique
    technology.
  • Taking ownership on support related issues.
  • Providing great customer experience, handling issues with expertise and
    kindness.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer outstanding issues.
  • Establish knowledge and process to provide a great customer
    experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience as Customer Support Engineer
  • Graduate Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Working experience with databases like MySQL/ SQL Etc.- must
  • Experience with Linux
  • Working experience with Python – Must.
  • Working experience with Javascript
  • Reverse engineering of API/web-applications - advantage
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • High level of communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a multitasking and pressured environment
