Istishari Arab Hospital announce a job position of Financial and Cost Analyst as per details below:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records of the
hospital.
• Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
• Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
• Analyze and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual costs.
• Make estimates of new and proposed service costs, and build the appropriate price
accordingly for all services performed in the hospital.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices
and profitability of products or services.
• Analyzing the P&L and balance sheet accounts to understand the main cost drivers
of the business.
• Producing monthly profit and loss statements for all departments at hospital.
• Managing the budgets around all costing issues and provide variance analysis.

Cost Accountants Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (essential).
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of Cost Accounting work experience (essential), hospitals experience is an
advantage.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Solid cost systems background.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills.
• Self-motivated and forward thinking
