Required Skills and Experience
Education: 

• Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, economics, accounting or finance, development studies or a closely related field. 

 Experience: 

• Five years of experience in development cooperation activities applied to Food and Nutrition Security and/or Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development. 
• Working experience with UN agencies/International organizations is desirable.

 Language Requirements: 

• Working knowledge of English and Arabic. Ability to write in English and Arabic is considered an asset.

 Other:

• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (Oracle, MS Word, Excel, etc) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages;
• Ability to travel across the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
