HR and Recruitment officer - بيت لحم



 

We are seeking for HR and Recruitment officer

Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

2. Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

3. Monitoring employee performance.

4. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

5. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

6. Recruiting the needed employees for all departments.

7. Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

8. Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

9. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

10. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

11. Manage the leave system for all employees.

12. System the holidays and annuals for all the employees every single month.

3 years experience in recruiting.
