A leading real estate development company is seeking to fill the following vacant position in Jericho:
Project Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven-track experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for, but not restricted to:
a. Manage the various contractors on site
b. Produce and manage the project’s timetable
c. Review project design and for construction drawings
d. Monitor the effective implementation of the construction plans
a. Produce progress reports for the project owners
b. Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
