AlNayzak Organization is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join its team in Ramallah.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for developing detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Full responsibility for executing project activities in line with established plans, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Full responsibility for writing analytical/strategic papers, prepare work plans and progress reports.
- Full responsibility for assisting in day-to-day management and implementation of all programatic operations and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Full responsibility for maintaining effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Oversee the implementation of the different activities and events related to the intervention.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth coordination of project teams, including trainers, educators, and other relevant personnel.
- To participate in fundraising and proposal writing.
- Assist in producing marketing materials as necessary under different topics.
- Assist in managing all public relations events and coordination for the organization (media outreach and contacts, audio-visual support, etc).
- Submit budget projections for the upcoming periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related specialization required.
- Master’s Degree (MBA) is a plus.
- At least three years relevant work experience, preferably in a Local/ International NGO.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality education principles, STEM, TVET and STEAM approaches
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Jerusalem ID or ability to work in Jerusalem.
