Ramallah INTERNSHIP VACANCY
AMIDEAST is searching for a part-time Intern for our Ramallah office. The intern should have a flexible schedule and willing to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Training Department Program Assistant in providing support to the training department
• Answer incoming telephone calls and receive visitors in a professional manner
• Answer inquiries about AMIDEAST programs and services
• Follow placement testing protocol and directions
• Administer, proctor and follow-up with clients re placement tests
• Assist with student registration
• Making copies and collating documents
• Assist with scheduling of courses
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work
• Assist with maintenance of student registration database and office filing systems
• Maintain AMIDEAST teacher resource library
• Uphold a professional image and attitude when dealing with clients and staff
