Key skills and qualifications for the position:

• Bachelor degree in a relevancy subject area, e.g. child rights, law, development studies, social sciences or related field
• At least 3 years experience in social welfare field, preferably in the area of child protection
• Good knowledge of international standards, legal issues and current strategies of national development in the field of child’s rights and social welfare systems
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication, negotiation and advocating skills
• Willingness and ability to travel within the country, including Gaza governorate
