تعلن وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية وبالتنسيق مع ديوان الموظفين العام عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Case Managment Project للعمل في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية على بند عقد مشروع ممول من البنك الدولي،   (منسق عدد (1) مكان العمل: مقر وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية)

وذلك حسب المؤهلات والشروط التالية:

Essential Required Qualifications, Skills, knowledge and Competencies:

• Bachelor degree in social sciences and Business administration, or any other related field;
• 5 years’ experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in managing and coordinating similar projects
• Familiarity with social protection service sector, particularly MOSD system and service,
• Strong coordination, planning, follow-up, innovation, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in working for the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) Institutions and/or with international agencies is an asset;
• A good knowledge of the Palestinian social context;
• Capacity to work seamlessly with social communities within existing structures;
• Ability to foster teamwork and to coordinate with relevant stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and deliver the desired results;
• Strong Communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and oral).
• Ability and capability to conduct field visits and travel through West Bank area.
