The Republic of Turkey and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) for the
benefit of the Palestinian Authority (hereinafter “the Parties”)
DESIROUS to develop and strengthen friendly relations, especially in the fields of
economic cooperation and trade between the Parties and to enhance the scope of
mutual trade,
