The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of LGF Admin Assistant, FSN-6.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
The LGF Admin Clerk performs clerical and administrative duties for the entire Local Guard Force (LGF); around 220 persons. S/he acts as a timekeeper for the entire LGF and maintains Time & Attendance records and reports. The LGF Admin Clerk is directly supervised by the Local Guard Force Commander.
Qualifications:
Experience:At least one year experience in office, clerical, or secretarial work is required
Languages: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Hebrew is required. (This will be tested)
Skills & Abilities
- Must have a good working knowledge of administrative office procedures.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially, word, excel and Power Point
Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
