Software company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Customer Happiness Officer) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following :

Customer Happiness officer responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive customer centric attitude, be organised and hard working and can support our clients’ use of the software, ensuring product adoption and overall client satisfaction.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers exceptional customer support during all sales and after - sales procedures.

Job Description:

  • Provide ongoing support to existing and potential customers with product related questions
  • Attend to customer inquiries through various channels
  • Track all customer inquiries and ensure that all tickets are attended to in a timely manner and that all issues are resolved within the set timeline
  • Assist new customers with data migration and provide general training for product use
  • Coordinate with Customer Happiness Manager regarding common issues/inquiries reported by clients
  • Able to clearly articulate and effectively write customer correspondence, in English and Arabic
  • Responsible for replicating system issues and documenting replication steps
  • Conduct Video Calls with new and existing clients to Complete training sessions with clients while advising on best practises and work with clients to implement workflows within their system to accommodate their internal business processes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Highly adaptable and have excellent organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in high pressure situations
  • Enthusiastic and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude with strong critical thinking skills

Notes:

Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
Full Time.
