The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of End-Use-Monitoring Program Supervisor, FSN-8 .
Duties
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Manages End-Use-Monitoring (EUM) of items (5,000 – 6,000 items) valued in the tens of millions dollars, located in over 50 different locations in the West Bank, donated by the U.S. government (USG). This process involves physical inspection of items, engagement with host government, and recording of results in database and annual report. The position reports to the direct hire officer in the Political Section of the Palestinian Affairs Unit (PAU). The position will supervise an EUM assistant.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of three years of administrative experience one of which is supervisory experience.
Languages: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English and Arabic and Level II (Limited) speaking/reading/writing Hebrew are required.(This will be tested).
Skills & Abilities:
Class B driving license is required.
Education Requirements:
Education:At least two years of general studies at the collegiate level.
