HR Admin

Innotech is looking for an HR Admin to join our growing Team. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, proactive, with a friendly personality and can work effectively both as part of a team and on their own initiative.

As an HR Admin in our Nablus’s office, you will assist in the development of creative and innovative strategies to identify and attract world-class talents, guide candidates through our pipeline and partner to improve the recruitment process. HR administrators will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle the majority of employee documentation, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.

A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary.

Responsibilities of HR Admin:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies, policies and initiatives.
  • Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
  • Forming and maintaining employee records.
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents.
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs .
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.

HR administrators will be expected to be proficient in the following:

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • BSc in HR or a relevant field.
  • Understanding various HR software systems.
  • Good understanding of labor laws.
  • Organizational skills and ability to priorities .
  • To enjoy working with people.
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
