We are looking for an efficient project manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to head/manage our data processing activities out of our existing Ramallah office. To ensure a smooth onboarding, you will receive intense training at Head Quarters providing a deep insight into the Service Delivery processes with a focus on data processing frameworks to cultivate a good understanding of the of processes especially specializing on data processing.

For this unique liaison role, our expectations are listed below.

Innotech is seeking to fill a Senior Project Manager opening with the following responsibilities:

• Set up a delivery organization with a focus on financial data calculations, financial data handling, calculation model testing and financial data processing.
• Ramp up in resources in coordination with in-house HR support in a given period of time to be able to take over a portion of the data processing done in Head Quarters.
• Be able to provide progress on a periodic basis to head of delivery, and Top Management in a transparent way.
• After ramp-up phase, manage and train the team constantly and build up in-house data processing competency in close coordination with headquarters.
• At the end of the project implementation, be ready to serve as an extension of the Headquarters data team.

Your profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management and/or Consulting, specifically working as a project manager in ideally global (matrix) organizations with various stakeholders at different levels.
• Master’s degree in a IT related field, Finance, Economics, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Prior Management experience of at least 2 years.
• Fluent English speaker (oral and writing), German a plus.
• Project Management skills in order to efficiently coordinate information from internal stakeholders and customers at a global level.
• Flexibility to travel to Germany and staying longer periods of time to be able to understand existing service delivery process flows.
