Required experience

• 3 years working experience, including network administration, support to management of hardware and software platforms, telecommunications facilities, knowledge of Windows-based packages/applications.

• As the incumbent may be assisting in providing support to several colleagues in informatics, variations in workload occur requiring adaptation and good organization to deal with conflicting priorities, particularly during the preparation and venue of meetings, or to organize training activities.

• Relevant certifications in hardware and software management and application, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is an asset
