| Job Requirements | • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Engineering, or any related field of study. • At least 2 years-experience working with EU funded projects in similar positions or related area is required. • Excellent working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent communication, reporting and writing skills in Arabic and English |
| Job Duties: | • Establish communications with stakeholders towards cooperation, and communication in issues related to the project. • Ensure the implementation of the project workplan and report every stage to the steering committee. • Support and organize the logistics for proper delivery of project activities and events. • Assist in preparing progress reports and any other reports requested by Birzeit university and the INNOMED-UP project. • Assist in Managing and providing guidance to project manager, consultants and provide project management support to staff throughout the project lifecycle and help determine project priorities and resources, ensuring donor expectations are understood and met; • Lead the planning and organization of relevant project meetings and associated workshops, and conferences and coordinate the preparation of supporting documents, reports, plans, analyses and presentations; • Prepare necessary inputs required for the interim reports and annual work plans. • Work closely with the Finance staff to ensure effective coordination and financial reporting in accordance with donor regulations. • Carry out other relevant duties as required. |
