Sales Development Representative

HR Company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Sales Development Representative) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following :

Responsible for:

• Fully-understand, articulate and sell HRMS products & services
• Meet and exceed quotas of calls, presentations and sales qualified leads ● Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required
• Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, handle objections, build relationships and close deals
• Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts
• Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
• Close the monthly, quarterly and annual assigned quota

Required skills:

• The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced or high growth environment (preferably experience in selling SaaS products)
• Possess strong research capabilities and ask thought provoking questions
• Is accountable and hungry to learn
• Organized and able to plan their time effectively
• Able to improvise and do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Communicates effectively in English & Arabic; both verbal and written

Notes:
Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
Full Time.
