BA/LGHR is recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading company in Retail industry located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Summary Scope of Work: We're looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager who actively seeks, addresses and advises customers. We are looking for a candidate who is convincing, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to achieve the company's strategic goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to:
General Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing the quarterly and annual objectives of the department.

Continuously seeking to development of working mechanisms.

Preparing the annual sales plan in coordination with the marketing department.

Managing sales activities.
-
Following up on the collection of supervisors and sales staff in coordination with the Finance Department.

Following up on the stock of goods in coordination of Supply Chain Department.
-
Preparing monthly offers in coordination with Marketing Department.
-
Conducting field visits with customers to enrich the relationship with them.
-
Maintaining growth of annual sales.
-
Forecasting sales discount.
-
Solving customers’ problems to achieve their satisfaction.
-
Reviewing and analyzing all of sales reports, and writing monthly reports.

Monitoring changes of the market, and ensuring the safety of the company.

Following up on the customers’ accounts.

Controlling and monitoring the sales representatives to ensure reaching all of the customers.

Training sales representatives.
-
Evaluating the sales department’s employees.
