Scrum Master

Technology Co., in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announces its need for a (Scrum Master) according to the conditions described below.Those who have the requirements below, fill out the following form:

Basic requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least 3 Years of Agile experience
• At least 1 year of Agile coaching experience
• Experience planning and facilitating the Agile / Scrum development process.
• Experience in the “servant leader” role of removing barriers to productivity, monitoring progress, and coaching team members on their roles.
• Must have successful experience reporting and communicating status and progress to stakeholders (e.g., estimates, velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Must have previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience.

Job Description :

• Ability to think critically and assess the needs of the organization to adapt and apply agile practices to projects and teams
• Ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple projects are delivered against project and release plans.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet objectives .
• Enthusiasm for IT security and hosting services .
• Experience in product delivery within a hosting or software company .
• Experience with interacting and communicating across teams to achieve project delivery .
• Exceptional knowledge of security, hosting, and information technology .
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills .
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities .
• Excellent listening, problem solving, management, and analytical skills .

Notes:

Monthly Salary : On the basis of merit.
Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial .
Full Time .
