The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem
is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for
position of Senior Guard
:Duties
Incumbent performs mobile patrol of Mission residences and facilities, ensuring that all properties are secure and providing backup when required. Assists the LGF Shift Supervisor with command/control of any on-duty guard personnel. Replaces absent guards when required
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements
:Experience
At least two years of security experience is required
:Languages
Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/reading/writing English and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Hebrew isrequired. This will be tested
:Skills & Abilities
Must be able to write clear and concise incident reports
Must have a valid Class "B" driving license
Must be able to work with minimal supervision under sometimes stressful conditions
:Education
Completion of Secondary school is required
