Senior Product manager

Job duties

• Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases.
• Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
• Maintain and update existing Product features.
• Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with design and engineering teams.
• Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

Qualifications/skills

• 5yrs plus product management experience, ideally within FinTech/ Financial service
• Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively
• Communicate recommendations to leadership
• Experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• UX design
• Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
• Analytical skills will also be viewed as a plus, especially in understanding data
• Prior experience using agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong experience in digital (web, mobile, app) platform technologies.
• Experience in emerging FinTech platforms and technologies such as distributed ledger technologies (i.e. block chain), digital banking, mobile payments, tokenization, Cards schemes
• Expert knowledge and experience in designing, integrating and managing complex real-time digital solutions
• Experience leading digital (mobile, web, smart apps, etc.) application development projects
