Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems and test design.
• Experience in REST APIs.
• Experience in web and mobile application testing.
• Experience in customer support.
• English with very good oral and writing communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update test cases for new and existing features.
• Execute test cases and apply different types of testing.
• Investigate and debug issues to drive them to resolution.
• Bug logging and tracking.
• Prepare reports and user manuals.
• Interact with customer support team to provide assistance and troubleshoot problems when necessary.
