Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems and test design.
- Experience in REST APIs.
- Experience in web and mobile application testing.
- Experience in customer support.
- English with very good oral and writing communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update test cases for new and existing features.
- Execute test cases and apply different types of testing.
- Investigate and debug issues to drive them to resolution.
- Bug logging and tracking.
- Prepare reports and user manuals.
- Interact with customer support team to provide assistance and troubleshoot problems when necessary.
