تعلن جامعة بيرزيت عن حاجتها لـ/ متخصص انماء في مكتب نائب الرئيس للتنمية والاتصال  وذلك وفق الشروط والمؤهلات التالية:
متطلبات الوظيفة:  

1.    أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة البكالوريوس ويفضل حملة الماجستير في أي تخصص ذو علاقة.
2.    خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الانماء، ويفضل بالقطاع التعليمي وبأنشطة جمع التبرعات.
3.    مهارة جيد جداً في الكتابة باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.
4.    مهارات في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت Word, Excel، وبرامج قواعد البيانات.
5.    مهارة في استخدام برامج التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.
6.    القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق، والعمل بشكل دقيق وفعال، تحديد الاولويات، والحفاظ على السرية في العمل.
7.    مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وبناء العلاقات والتأثير والإقناع.
واجبات العمل:  

• Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies for securing financial support from a portfolio of approximately 100 major gift prospects, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gifts at the regional, national and international level, from alumni and friends. The incumbent will work independently and also collaboratively with the Major Gifts team, and other University units, in creating and implementing strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and financial support. Specific Duties
•  The Development Specialist will be mission-driven, creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial strategic thinker with strong communication skills. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring University reaches its fundraising goals, manage a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan to establish a major-gifts-focused culture of philanthropy with high level prospects ($50,000 and greater), and manage a portfolio up to 50 accounts.
• The Development Specialist is responsible for the integrated leadership of philanthropic fundraising for University, reports to Vice President for Advancement, and acts as a key strategic partner. The incumbent collaborates closely across the organization to align fundraising in support of University mission, vision, values, and comprehensive campaign priorities.
•  The Development Specialist will create and implement an annual fundraising development plan to meet budgeted goals, working adaptively as the organization and donor portfolio grows and managing the donor cycle (research, cultivate, ask, steward), foster ongoing connections and partnerships, including reunion giving programs, setting goals for each donor, assigning and managing appropriate “ask” teams, events and activities.
• Develop effective and persuasive fundraising materials that articulate the University’s mission and programs with a strong case for support; Conduct donor prospect research, prepare briefing reports, and recommend strategies, acting as consultant for Vice President of Advancement, and Majer team as needed. Researches data for proposal development, develops, prepares and presents formal fundraising proposals to major donors and prospects at the regional, national and international level, including planning and oversight of international and travel as assigned. Assume and achieve fundraising financial and activity goals set annually, and ensure compliance with all University fundraising policies, goals and procedures, including responsible for following all protocols for prospect and donor management established and implemented by University Advancement.
• Represents the University/ Advancement at professional and university meetings, seminars and conferences for professional development. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
