Accountant - Ramallah
Job Description
BA/LGHR is recruiting an Accountant for a company located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Summary Scope of Work:
We're looking for a motivated, result-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ramallah.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering accounting transactions into the accounting software.
- Prepare and support closing of financial records as needed.
- Help in preparing, checking, processing and classifying invoices and payment documents.
- Processing petty cash transactions replenishments.
- Assisting in Processing payroll and end of services withholdings each month.
- Monitoring and clearing project receivables and payables.
- Maintaining accounting records and files.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT reporting.
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Good knowledge of the Palestinian labor, tax, banking and financial law
- Good Knowledge of accounting software system
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office especially Excel
- written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English

Total Years of Experience: 1-4
Education & Certificates Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Languages Required:
Proficient English Language.
